Department of commerce was emerged in the year 2007 with B com (general). In the academic year 2008-2009 PG programme (M com) has been commenced. In 2010-2011 B.com (Computer Applications) has been started. In the Past 11 years, around 650 students passed out from the department. Currently the department consists of 8 energetic and eminent staff members. Every year the department is conducting association meeting and CAMAS (Inter departmental competition) for the welfare of the students and our students are taken to various industries, factories as industrial visit to develop their practical knowledge of the students and also they were taken to banking institution to make them familiar about the banking sector. During the year 2015-2016 state level seminar has been organized. To bring out hidden talent of the students commerce exhibition was conducted in the year 2018-2019.
